One of the most hotly anticipated shows of the season took place in the capital yesterday and the Burberry-clad glitterati were there to see it. Signature trenches, cow hide hats and even snowflakes appeared on Burberry’s catwalk but it was the A-list arrivals that caused the most fuss among the throngs of waiting press and photographers. With the likes of Hollywood heavyhitters, including Kate Bosworth and Rachel Bilson as well as style icons Alexa Chung and Julia Restoin Roitfield all bagging a FROW spot for Mr Bailey’s extravaganza, there was a serious number of gorgeous ensembles to look at besides those making up the A/W ‘11 collection.
